From Home Trials to Happy Bowls - Our Origin Story

Mornings used to feel like a sprint to me - jumping out of bed, grabbing coffee, then either skipping breakfast or grabbing a store-bought muesli loaded with sugar left me feeling sluggish & bloated before my day even began. Having suffered for years from stomach ulcers it was painful to see what I was doing to my own body. I knew there had to be a better way to fuel my day without compromising on taste or nutrition.

So I began experimenting at home, swapping standard oats for steel-cut, loading in extra nuts and seeds, and folding in plant-based protein to keep me fuelled until lunch. The experiment worked, but sourcing and measuring all the add-on's & sprinkles became a daily chore and running out of ingredients was frustrating.

But it shouldn’t take a kitchen experiment to get breakfast right. That’s what sparked The Happy Bowl Company - a small-batch muesli made with premium ingredients and zero compromise.

In our kitchen, we handcraft each blend with only the best oats, nuts, seeds, plant-powered protein, gut-friendly fibre, and natural flavours. 

No refined sugar, no fillers, no bloat, simply honest ingredients that steady your energy and brighten your mornings.
