Delivery Information

All parcels are sent via a tracked service through our trusted courier partners, Evri and Royal Mail. We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over £50 placed through our website.

Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days, subject to stock availability. If a longer lead time is required, we will contact you directly via email to keep you informed.

Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive a notification by email or SMS, including a unique tracking code so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Missed Delivery

On the rare occasion that a courier is unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave a missed delivery card and attempt delivery the following day. You may also contact the courier directly to arrange a more convenient day or time.

Parcels not collected will be held by the courier for 15 days before being returned to us. If this happens, we will happily reship your order, though standard delivery fees will apply.
