We take great care to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully, but sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will respond as promptly as possible. During particularly busy periods, it may take a couple of days to fully resolve, but rest assured your concern will be our priority.
If your order contains glass or fragile items and it arrives damaged, please:

We will gladly arrange a replacement or a refund for damaged or broken items while managing the claim with the courier.
If you receive an item that is not what you expected or you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to rectify the situation through a replacement, refund, or store credit, at our discretion.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns on food items unless the product was damaged, broken, or you were not fully satisfied.
